1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are between you ("User") and v3cuci2 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement takes effect when you access, register, or use any part of the v3cuci2 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

By continuing to register or use the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Use of the platform is entirely at your own initiative and personal responsibility.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use v3cuci2 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority as required by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• An individual, not a company, trust, or other legal entity.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gaming activities are prohibited by law.
• Not listed on any gaming self-exclusion program.
• Using the account solely for yourself and not on behalf of any other person.

V3cuci2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to not meet the eligibility requirements will be terminated immediately and balances may be withheld pending the completion of an investigation.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) v3cuci2 account only. Owning more than one account is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid email address.
• Completing the identity verification process (KYC), which includes submitting valid identification documents such as a national ID or passport.
• Setting a strong password and keeping it confidential from others.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended to secure your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the v3cuci2 support team immediately via the platform's live chat.

4Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

V3cuci2 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 per transaction.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered in the account holder's name only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
• V3cuci2 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 per transaction for standard accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in the user's name.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the payment method and your account's VIP level.
• Withdrawals requiring additional review may take longer. Our team will contact you if further information is needed.

5Bonus & Promotions

V3cuci2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

• Each bonus carries a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used by eligible accounts as specified in the relevant promotional offer.
• Each user is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless stated otherwise.
• V3cuci2 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, promotion abuse, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses will not be extended except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of v3cuci2.

6Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the v3cuci2 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an independent third-party body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, v3cuci2 will resolve the issue based on recorded server data, not the user's device records.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is as stated by the respective game provider and has been independently verified.

7User Conduct

V3cuci2 users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and with respect for the platform and other users. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive language, threats, or harassment toward other users or v3cuci2 staff.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting any activities that violate Malaysian law through the v3cuci2 platform.
• Disclosing other users' or staff personal information without authorization.
• Making false claims or complaints with the intent to extort or cause harm to v3cuci2.

8Account Closure & Suspension

V3cuci2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to verify your identity when requested (incomplete KYC).
• Self-exclusion request on responsible gaming grounds.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from regulatory authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the v3cuci2 support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed.

9Limitation of Liability

V3cuci2 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet or network service disruptions beyond the platform's control.
• Losses incurred as a result of legitimate game outcomes determined by certified RNG.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses even if v3cuci2 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

The maximum liability of v3cuci2 to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Changes & Applicable Laws

V3cuci2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
